The room we got was awesome - it was totally new and pet-friendly. It even had a small kitchen and offered stunning views 🌟 - it was the cherry on top!

Stunning views of the surrounding peaks from swim facilities. Perfectly sized heated pool and hot tub. Wonderful suite layout with kitchenette for privacy. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great downtown location for walking. Newer construction with spacious and comfortable suites. Large common area off lobby for convenience. Thoughtfully designed and upscale property. Nicely stocked room. Friendly and helpful manager.

The location was good for me. IT was close to Main St and Park Ave.

The thermostat did not appear to work correctly.

Our room had no heat control and they couldn't fix it on a timely basis. Had to give up a good room for a much smaller, uncomfortable room.

No reason to complain, the venue met my needs. Great place to stay, clean, everything was excellent. The rooms were reasonably large with majestic views and had all necessary facilities. There were a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator upon arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially in the breakfast area. The lobby and dining area were very pleasant with a cozy fireplace. The hotel had great outdoor facilities, including a firepit and grill. I also appreciated the covered and uncovered parking options. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in this city.

Nothing everything was great.

The room was dirty. The heating system wasn´t working when I arrived.There´s no cleaning or even change of towels. And also there´s no mountain view as promised in the website.

My room had everything I needed - good heating, plenty of TV channels, and even a microwave for quick snacks. the staff here put in real effort; they were super hardworking! 🌟 I had an awesome time during my stay and would definitely come back for another visit. Thanks a lot!
